Our data center, which houses our core networking components and most of our servers and file storage, resides in Armstrong Hall. Facilities needs to do some power work on Armstrong on Wednesday evening into Thursday morning. All network services will therefore be down from 8:00 PM Wednesday, August 30 – 10:00 am Thursday, August 31.

The following services will be affected:

Downtime August 30th, 8:00 PM — August 31st, 10:00 AM
* Fileservers (H: drives, I: drives, W: drives, etc.)
* Email (all incoming messages will be queued)
* Internet Access
* Network Printers
* Databases
* Banner & GoWEST
* VPN
* C3PO
* Terminal Services
* The CC website (a placeholder will be up with limited functionality)
* Gold Card access

Basically, all network services will be down at this time and you should not plan on doing anything network related.
