If you would like to responsibly dispose of your old personal computer, ITS will be recycling computers on Thursday morning (09/14/06) at the Barnes Science Center loading dock, located at the North East corner of the building. We provide free recycling for all personally owned computer equipment except monitors. The company we use for recycling charges $10 per monitor, so if you plan to bring a monitor tomorrow morning, please bring $10 as well (you can give the money to the Help Desk).

Please do not bring in your equipment until Thursday morning if at all possible — we have no more space to store old equipment!

Note that if you are bringing college-owned equipment to recyle, you do NOT need to pay the $10 monitor fee – it is for personally owned equipment only.
