Classes: Microsoft Outlook 2003 – Email Management

Microsoft Outlook 2003 – Email Management is designed to teach you to how to effectively use Outlook to organize your email in such a way that you should never see the dreaded “you are over your size limit” email. If you do see that message, then this class will teach you how to get back under your limit and avoid hitting it in the future.

The class will cover:

  • How to view the size of a certain folder
  • Adding the “Size” column to the view of your Inbox
  • Size does matter (it doesn’t matter how many emails you have, only how much space they take up)
  • Outlook’s secret stashes (where Outlook puts things which count against your limit that you may not know about)
  • Creating a folder structure
  • Creating and using Outlook Personal Folders
  • Shift / Control clicking to select multiple emails at one time.

The class is approximately 60- 90 minutes long.
