Classes: Microsoft Outlook 2003 – Using the Calendar
| Microsoft Outlook 2003 – Using the Calendar is designed to teach you to how to effectively use your Outlook calendar to schedule appointments, get helpful reminders, and schedule meetings with others who also use the Calendar.
The class will cover:
- The different views of the Calendar (day, week, work week, month, etc.)
- Creating appointments
- Setting Recurrence so that certain appointments automatically occur at a certain interval. (ex. a birthday)
- Creating All-day events
- Checking the availability of other users
- Inviting other users to the appointment
- Accepting or Declining appointments
The class is approximately 60- 90 minutes long.
