Retired Classes: Microsoft Outlook 2000 – Learning the Interface
| Microsoft Outlook 2000 – Learning the Interface is designed to teach you to understand the layout and interface of the software. The goal is for you to become comfortable with manipulating how you view your email information.
The class will cover:
- The Outlook Bar, Folder List, and Folder Contents
- How Outlook folders are different than normal folders (and how they are the same).
- Various views as defined from the “View” menu
- How to add “Fields” to your view of a particular folder
- How to sort your email by a certain “Field”
The class is approximately 30- 60 minutes long.
