Accessing and using CC Public Folders
| Public Folders are e-mail folders visible to anyone with a CC account and are thus invaluable for sharing information. They take the form of a bulletin board-type system — users “post” a message, and then others can reply with posts of their own. It makes an ideal format for email discussion.
Public Folders are also great places to attach files. Rather than sending a large Microsoft Word attachment to 25 people, for example, you can attach it to a post in a Public Folder and send an email directing those 25 people to view it there. (This saves lots of space on our e-mail server!)
