To modify permissions on a Public Folder, you must first be set up as an owner of that folder. If are an owner, then to modify permissions, right click the folder in question and select “Properties”:

Once inside, click the “Permissions” tab. Here, you can select one of the individuals listed and then modify her/his permissions using the options below. You can also click “Add” to add another account to the permissions on that folder:

Select the individual you would like to add from the Global Address List, and click “Add”:

Now modify the permissions for that individual as appropriate:
