Connecting from Off Campus using Entorage

How to set up your profile in Outlook 2008 (Entourage)

Open Entorage and configure your account settings. Your Account name is just the title for your account and you can name it anything you wish. Under the heading Pesonal information you need to enter your name and your correct Colorado College e-mail address. For Authentication we want to us your account information so you need to enter your Colorado College username for Accoiunt ID and “coloradocollege” for Domain as well as your password.

NOTE: If you choose to save your password in your keychain keep in mind that if you ever change your password on campus the saved password on your home computer will now be incorrect!

Under Sever Information enter “htps://securemail.coloradocollege.edu” and check the box for “This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)” and then click on OK.

How to set up the Public Folders

To set up the Colorado College Public Folders list you will need to click on the Advanced tab under the Edit Account settings. Make sure that the box is checked next to “This DAV service requires a secure connection (SSL)” and then click on OK.
