How to Disable the Symantec Outlook Plugin

To remove the Symantec Outlook 2007:

To remove the Symantec Outlook 2003 plugin just follow these few steps:

1. Within Outlook 2003 click on Tools and select Options.

2. Click on the Other tab and then select Advanced Options…

3. Within Advanced Options select Add-In Manager…

4. Uncheck the box next to Symantec Antivirus and then click on OK. OK out of the rest of the screens and you should now be good to go! Outlook will no longer pop up an error about Symantec.
